Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Individual, Family, Couples, Child & Adolescent Therapist | Hybrid Position

Position Summary

We are currently seeking warm, grounded, and motivated clinician(s) to provide therapy services within our growing private practice. This is a hybrid position offering both in-person and telehealth sessions based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, couples, child, and adolescent psychotherapy services using evidence-based approaches

  • Complete intake assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and other clinical documentation in a timely manner

  • Maintain professional communication with clients and administrative staff regarding scheduling and care coordination

  • Maintain a consistent and reliable caseload

  • Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development

  • Provide both in-person and telehealth sessions depending on client needs

Required License & Qualifications

  • Active Illinois LPC license required

  • Interest or experience working with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently while remaining collaborative within a team environment

  • Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services

Schedule & Availability

  • Daytime, evening, and weekend availability preferred

  • Hybrid position offering both in-person and telehealth sessions

  • Ideal for clinicians seeking to build and maintain a consistent caseload of approximately 25 clients per week
