Job Title: Virtual Child & Adolescent Therapist (LPC – Illinois License Only)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois to provide 100% vrtual therapy to children and teens (from early childhood through age 17). The clinician will manage a caseload of approximately 10–15 clients, with availability during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct secure, virtual therapy sessions with children, teens, and their families

  • Perform clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver evidence-based care through modalities such as:

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

    • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents

    • Trauma-informed care

    • Family systems and play-based approaches

  • Collaborate with caregivers and offer supportive psychoeducation

Required License & Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted LPC license in the state of Illinois

  • Experience working with children and adolescents across developmental stages

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in virtual settings

  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and online client engagement

Schedule & Caseload

  • Evening and weekend availability required to meet family needs

  • Caseload of 10–15 clients, with flexibility to adjust as needed
