Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Individual, Family, Couples, Child & Adolescent Therapist | Hybrid Position
Position Summary
We are currently seeking warm, grounded, and motivated clinician(s) to provide therapy services within our growing private practice. This is a hybrid position offering both in-person and telehealth sessions based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, couples, child, and adolescent psychotherapy services using evidence-based approaches
Complete intake assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and other clinical documentation in a timely manner
Maintain professional communication with clients and administrative staff regarding scheduling and care coordination
Maintain a consistent and reliable caseload
Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development
Provide both in-person and telehealth sessions depending on client needs
Required License & Qualifications
Active Illinois LPC license required
Interest or experience working with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working independently while remaining collaborative within a team environment
Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services
Schedule & Availability
Daytime, evening, and weekend availability preferred
Hybrid position offering both in-person and telehealth sessions
Ideal for clinicians seeking to build and maintain a consistent caseload of approximately 25 clients per week
